This hotel was a gem! The rooms, though a bit cold initially, were incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the cleanest place I've ever seen, and the overall comfort level was top-notch. The service was outstanding; the staff was nice, patient, and went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. Moreover, the location was great for attending events in Liberty Township and enjoying local restaurants. The dining experience was nothing short of wonderful, offering a variety of delicious options. However, the equipment in the facilities was a bit limited.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great comfort and some room cleaning inconsistencies. The rooms were spacious and had all the essentials like a desk, flat-screen TV, and wonderfully fluffy beds. However, I did notice some lapses in consistent cleaning during my visit.

Upon arrival, I realized the room I received was not the one I had selected, and the breakfast bar that I had included in my package was not part of it. However, the room itself, equipped with motion-sensing controls, made me feel at home with its cleanliness and modern updates. The service was top-notch, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The location was convenient, right off the interstate, offering easy access to various places. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a diverse menu available at the restaurant and M Lounge. Overall, a comfortable stay with some hiccups in room selection and breakfast inclusion.

The dining experience was good, with a wide variety of delivery options despite a messy atmosphere. However, the location lacked unique dining options and had predictable chain stores, and the room service charge was $5. Overall, the facility was okay but could improve in certain areas.
